If you based solely on their word, its all seems very nice and fair, all will be meritocracy based, transparent and competent. But that was before they have that little thing called power. Once the have that little thing with them, suddenly they became obsessed and possessed. With That little thing called power, they suddenly turned into crazy maniac devoid of commonsense and compassion towards little people.
Suddenly everything will be by the book, you either follow the book or no place for you in their heart except if you are from the same color and creed. Except if you are willing to kow tow to them.

If this kind of action is done by any Malay Adun( now the Malay Aduns have all lost their mettle- afraid of being called that R word) , the whole nation will erupt into racist chanting frenzy.
